Robbers Cave is one of the most amazing place of water fun inside the cave. From many hundred of year and passes the water cuts the mountains which turns into a cave in present live. It was believed that Robbers used to take hide in Guchhupani after robbery, so British names it as Robbers Cave. As of now this is a famous tourist attraction of Dehradun Valley. With it's local as "Gucchu Pani", Robbers Cave has been well popular that it's 600 mts narrow cave almost packed with the tourist and their families.Youngsters and tourists rushed to Robbers Cave mostly in summers to get relief from scorching Sun.. Inside the cave you can see the natural two sided huge 25ft mountain rift walls cut by water in years. Truly inside the case is absolutely aromatic place which isolated from the City life. Place is now maintained by Govt of Uttakhand and maintained by Police, You just need to buy a ticket of worth Rs 25/- along with Parking Rs 10/- for bike and Rs 30/- for Car. You can stay inside as much as you can enough fun inside. The inside route get divided into two passage. One will lead you to huge 10ft waterfall and then ended ,while other one will lead you to extreme dense cave then there is big small water fall in a pound. Luckly if you can find a way out there you could fun for hours in this pound. If you do a little footwork to climb the wall you can then reach further far long from where the cave is starting and there is a famous Tiger shop of fast food is in between the cave. When you will come you could feeling hungry so there many shop of locality serving the famous momo's of Dehradun, They have a very pleasant way of siting arrangement for you over a cold flow water canal in open.

Climate of Robbers Cave Guchupani

The canal flows inside the Cave is freshwater running from Mussorrie which apparently cools down the by inside temperature 15-20 °C in hot summer. But round the year it much lower in temperature from outside.

How to reach Robbers Cave Guchupani

Reaching Guchhu Pani is just 8 km straight route from Ballupur Chowk which is just 8 km from ISBT and same as from Railway Station.
